Experience
Dr. Yamaguchi joined OpenTech as the consultant in 2008.
He brings his experiences of "Science at the Edge with software
technology" into OpenTech.
- Implementation of a web-based database for monitoring of Geological Disposal
- Investigated how to form stars inside the molecular clouds with the millimeter and submillimeter telescopes. He especially focused on the dramatic massive-star-forming process.
- Developed a spectrum-data-analysis system for measuring surface accuracy of the submillimeter telescope with the radio holography technique.
- Developed a control system for the radio telescope including the functions for driving the telescope, controlling signal generators, and taking spectrum data.
